Company activities and impact

At MY OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CIC, we aim to help promote and provide increased personal resilience with healthy lifestyle opportunities through outdoor activities – Canoe & kayaking. We provide affordable experiences supported by grants to bring people together through paddlesports. Paddling offers numerous proven benefits, including: Improved sleep / Elevated mood / Reduced stress and anxiety / Enhanced self-esteem / Decreased risk of depression / Opportunities to meet new people and make friends It is a mobile business mainly operating in Berkshire on the River Thames, able to support Berkshire, Surrey, and Oxfordshire areas, working with local authorities and grant providers. - Build Cohesion: We facilitate interactions among diverse groups through engaging activities, fostering understanding and breaking down barriers by exposing youths to different cultures, religions, and lifestyles. -Empower Youth: By engaging them early on, we aim to divert them from crime and ASB, helping them reach their full potential through the development of new skills, confidence, and essential life skills. -Address Health Challenges: We also focus on tackling mental and physical health issues within this demographic.
