Balance sheet statements

Company activities and impact

The company is provides support, guidance, education, connection, network and funding opportunities to underestimated founders. Specifically the company supports entrepreneurs who identify as: female person of colour LGBTQIA+ neurodivergent disabled first time founder over the age of 50 founder from socio-economically disadvantaged background, collectively, the ''community'' The community has existed since 2021, but the company was incorporated in May 2023 to formally support the community. The activities of the company during the financial year 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 have benefitted the community in the following ways: increased networking opportunities via regular weekly calls where founders were able to explore issues they were facing and crowd-source feedback to help overcome those business challenges - 30 one hour calls held across the financial year (drop of 6 on previous year) 10 underestimated founders went through a 12 week in-person funding readiness program (free of charge to them, which culminated in a pitch day - with a number going on to raise investment or increase their monthly recurring revenue. Held a Learning and Networking Day conference in October 2024, where we had an array of speakers giving talks ranging from what investors look for in entrepreneurs, personal branding, to inspirational talk by former female boxing champion. Attended by over 35 founders attended the learning sessions and over 100 attended the networking. Held a pitch competition and donated £1000 as a grant to the winner. Launched a wellbeing platform, Healthy Minds Club to members in the community Held over 30 co-working and networking day events across two locations in London.

Consultation with stakeholders

Utilised technology to run regular WhatsApp polls in order to get greatest cross-section of member feedback engagement. Polls included feedback on support calls and networking days as well as requests for guidance on learning sought by members and what additional support was required. Key outcomes: 1. Greater need for local chapters to facilitate in-person local events outside of London. 2. Improved opportunities to access outside capital. These two areas a keys areas of focus in financial year 2025/2026.
