The company delivered 48 outreach sessions, engaging approximately 70 young people who were provided with guidance, mentoring, positive activities and access to support services. These sessions created safe spaces for young people to discuss challenges, build confidence and develop positive aspirations. The company worked with Year 5 and Year 6 pupils at Hill Mead Primary School and Loughborough Primary School, delivering workshops focused on personal development, emotional wellbeing, positive decision-making and preparation for transition into secondary education. Through targeted intervention, family engagement and partnership working with schools, 2 young people facing significant exclusion risks successfully remained in education and completed Year 6. Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders include young people participating in programmes and activities, parents and carers, schools and educational providers, community organisations, funding organisations and grant providers, and the wider community. The company consulted stakeholders through feedback from young people following projects and activities, discussions with schools regarding the needs of young people, meetings with parents and carers, and regular engagement with community partners and funders. Feedback identified the need for increased mentoring, employability support and targeted intervention for young people at risk of exclusion and disengagement.
