Company activities and impact

The Crystal Crew Project CIC has had a highly impactful and successful year, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we support. We have helped children overcome social anxiety by creating a safe, welcoming environment where they can build confidence and form positive relationships. Throughout the year, we have ensured that all attending children had access to meals and snacks, supporting their wellbeing in a practical and consistent way. We also brought the community together by hosting well-attended Halloween and summer events for local families. A key highlight has been our dedicated work with a 17-year-old in care, supporting her in developing essential life skills, building confidence, managing mental health challenges, and exploring creativity through crafts and painting. Our sessions have encouraged creativity across the board, including activities such as making crystal jewellery. The feedback from parents has been overwhelmingly positive, and the children’s own words speak volumes, with comments such as “this is the best club ever” and “I have so much fun and look forward to every session” reflecting the real impact of our work.
