Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006.

Fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. The company's principal assets comprise a holiday caravan, decking and associated fixtures and fittings.

The company was funded through director and shareholder loans during the period.
