I have spent £50 on someone to design a logo.
Individuals with several mental health problems have been able to alleviate their anxieties and worries, whilst improving their overall physical health and well being. Individuals have learnt new ways to battle overthinking and have took away life long skills which are there to help with the communities mental health. Group activities outdoors in nature have allowed the community members to grow and connect with one another, improving relationships and communication skills. Members of the community have pushed past mental barriers which has allowed them to work through their trauma and have a deeper understanding of themselves. Members of the community have been taught how important nutrition is for the mind and body.
