The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 for the period ended 31 October 2025.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 31 October 2025 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

Dafydd Hardy Trustee Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

Dafydd Hardy Trustee Limited is the corporate trustee of the Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents Employee - Ownership Trust. In accordance with the Employee - Ownership Trust Deed, Dafydd Hardy Trustee Limited has acquired the share capital of Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents Limited and holds the Trust Fund on trust for the beneficiaries, being each employee of Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents Limited. Dafydd Hardy Trustee Limited therefore possesses neither the rights to nor the obligations of the trust.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Reporting period

The entity was incorporated on 28 October 2024 with the first accounting period end date then falling on 31 October 2025. The period covered by these financial statements is therefore in excess of one year.

Income statement

The company has not traded during the period. During this time, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore no Income statement is presented in these financial statements.

3.	EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the period was NIL.

4.	LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The company is limited by guarantee, not having a share capital and consequently the liability of members is limited, subject to an undertaking by each member to contribute to the net assets or liabilities of the company on winding up such amounts as may be required not exceeding £1.

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the directors are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies.

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006 we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Dafydd Hardy Trustee Limited for the period ended 31 October 2025 from the Company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
