    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover comprises the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for the sale of goods and provision of services in the ordinary course of the company's activities. Turnover is shown net of value added tax returns , rebatesand discounts The company recognises revenue when The amount of revenue can be reliably measured: that it is probable that future economic benefits will flow to the entity: and specific criteria have been met for each of the company's activities

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible Assets are stated in the balance sheet at cost , less any subsequent accumulated depreciation and subsequent accumulated impairment losses. The cost of tangible assets includes attributable costs incurred in their acquistion and installation Depreciation Depreciation is charged so as to write off the cost of assets, other than land and properties under construction over their estimated useful lives, as follws Equipment 20% straight line

The Company provides facilities and training for local youth who would particiapte in Gymnastics and train for local competitions

Consultation with stakeholders

The Shareholders have agrreed that they all share this philosphy of providing training and faciliates to local athlettes who prefer and like to do gymnastics better
