Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
GPM360 Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 08172558 . The registered office is Albany House, Claremont Lane, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9FQ.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling and rounded to the nearest £1.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover represents amounts receivable for the provision of advertising, and is measured at the fair value of the
consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. Turnover
from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract, when the amount of turnover can be measured reliably and it is probable that the company will received the consideration due under the contract.
Turnover from rental income is recognised over the period of occupation of the property.
2.3. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following
rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:
Freehold 2% straight-line
Plant & Machinery 25% straight-line
Motor Vehicles 25% straight-line
Fixtures & Fittings 25% straight-line
Computer Equipment 25% straight-line
2.4. Leasing and Hire Purchase Contracts
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to the statement of income and retained earnings on a straight line
basis over the lease term.
2.5. Financial Instruments
The Company only enters into basic financial instrument transactions that result in the recognition of financial assets
and liabilities like trade and other debtors and creditors, loans from banks and other third parties, loans to related
parties and investments in non-puttable ordinary shares.
Short term debtors and creditors are measured at transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the profit and loss account in other administrative expenses. Loans receivable are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method, less any impairment.
Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are
measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.
Cash and cash equivalents are classified as basic financial instruments and comprise cash in hand and at bank. Cash is
represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more
than 24 hours. Cash equivalents are highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the
date of acquisition and that are readily convertible to known amounts of cash with insignificant risk of change in value.

2.6. Taxation
Income tax expense represents the sum of the tax currently payable and deferred tax.
The tax currently payable is based on taxable profit for the year. Taxable profit differs from profit as reported in the statement of comprehensive income because of items of income or expense that are taxable or deductible in other years and items that are never taxable or deductible. The company's liability for current tax is calculated using tax rates that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the end of the reporting period.
Deferred tax is recognised on timing differences between the carrying amounts of assets and liabilities in the financial statements and the corresponding tax bases used in the computation of taxable profit. Deferred tax liabilities are generally recognised for all taxable timing differences. Deferred tax assets are generally recognised for all deductible temporary differences to the extent that it is probable that taxable profits will be available against which those deductible timing differences can be utilised. The carrying amount of deferred tax assets is reviewed at the end of each reporting period and reduced to the extent that it is no longer probable that sufficient taxable profits will be available to allow all or part of the asset to be recovered.
Deferred tax assets and liabilities are measured at the tax rates that are expected to apply in the period in which the liability is settled or the asset realised, based on tax rates (and tax laws) that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the end of the reporting period. Deferred tax liabilities are presented within provisions for liabilities and deferred tax assets within debtors. The measurement of deferred tax liabilities and assets reflect the tax consequences that would follow from the manner in which the Company expects, at the end of the reporting period, to recover or settle the carrying amount of its assets and liabilities.
Current and deferred tax are recognised in profit or loss for the year, except when they relate to items that are recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity, in which case current and deferred tax are recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity respectively.
2.7. Pensions
The company operates a defined contribution scheme for the benefit of its employees. Contributions payable are
recognised in the profit and loss account when due.
2.8. Dividends
Equity dividends are recognised when they become legally payable. Interim equity dividends are recognised when
paid. Final equity dividends are recognised when approved by the shareholders at an annual general meeting.
Dividends on shares recognised as liabilities are recognised as expenses and classified within interest payable.
2.9. Interest income

Interest income is recognised in the statement of income and retained earnings using the effective interest method.
