1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1a. Basis Of Accounting FRS 1021 a
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
1b. Going Concern
The company has made a loss during the period and has a deficiency of assets at the period end of £1,482,293. The company is dependant upon the continued support of its director and external lenders, who have confirmed their support over the next 12 months, in order that it can meet its day to day working capital requirements.
1c. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.

1d. Investment Properties
Investment properties are included in the financial statements at fair value. No depreciation is provided on such property in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities. This departure from Companies Act requirements is necessary to show a true and fair view.
1e. Stocks
Stocks, which consist of livestock, are stated at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to sell (net realisable value). Cost represents acquisition cost plus any directly associated costs.
When stocks are sold, the carrying amount of those stocks is recognised as an expense in the period in which the related revenue is recognised. The amount of any write-down of stocks to net realisable value and all losses of stocks are recognised as an expense in the period in which the write-down or loss occurs. The amount of any reversal of any write-down of stocks is recognised as a reduction in the amount of stocks recognised as an expense in the period in which the reversal occurs.
Work in progress represents unbilled costs and associated overheads incurred in the development of sites on behalf of third parties and is stated at the lower of cost and net realisable value.
