Additional Disclosures
Management continues to monitor the situation in respect of the property development project held under construction, which was impaired on last year's financial accounts. £1,000 remains management's best estimate of its recoverable value as the balance sheet date and so no further impairment loss has been recognised this year. Management will reassess the recoverable amount should further information become available.
