Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities.
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover represents the value of services provided during the period, excluding VAT.

Current Tax
Corporation tax is calculated on the results for the period after taking into account Capital Allowances and Research and Development tax credits.
Tangible Fixed Asset Policy
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is provided at 20% on a straight-line basis for Plant & Machinery and Computer Equipment to write off assets over their useful lives.

Amortization has not been provided on intellectual property as it is not deemed a substantial amount.
Deferred Tax
No provision for deferred tax has been made as there are no material timing differences.
