Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the company did not undertake any operational activities or community projects and therefore did not deliver any direct community benefit. The company was established with the intention of pursuing community benefit objectives; however, due to changes in the directors' personal circumstances, including one director relocating overseas and another undergoing significant medical treatment, the company did not commence its planned activities during the period.
