Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the year end, the amount owed to the Director was £10,026 (2025: £4,010)

Related party transactions
Creditors falling due within one year include interest-free loans from a related company of £228, 000 (2025: £233,000), with no fixedrepayment terms.
3.
Creditors falling due after more than one year
Creditors due after more than one year comprise loans that are secured on the company's assets.
For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
