Shop Rent
The Landlord has undertaken a rent review ( that was forgotten in 2019 due to Covid ). The company has received a demand for rent arears of £30334. The company has paid £2400 of this balance , the Landlord has agreed to to spread the rent arrears over five years. At the balance sheet date, the company has paid £2400, leaving a rent arrears sum due of £27934. Of this sum , £4800 is due within one year , and the balance of £23134 is repayable more than one year.
