1 Company information

2 Accounting policies
Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” including the provisions of Section 1A “Small Entities” and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention.
Going concern
During the period the company met its day to day working capital requirements by way of the financial support from a company controlled by the directors.

On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on the going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a withdrawal of this support.
Investment property
Investment property is shown at its most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss.

At the reporting date, the company owed £1,994,110 (2024 - £1,863,820) to a company controlled by the
directors. Interest is calculated on the loan at 2% above the Bank of England base rate and is repayable on demand.
