Attleborough AD Plant Limited Directors' Responsibilities Statement For The Year Ended 30 September 2025 The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for preparing the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Company law requires the Directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law the Directors have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice), including Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'. Under company law the Directors must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Company and of the profit or loss of the Company for that period. For the year ending 30 September 2025, the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006. The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. The Company's financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the income statement and Director's Report have not been delivered. The company is a parent company. The company has not prepared consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2025 as it is entitled to the exemption under section 399 of the Companies Act 2006 as the group qualifies as a small group. General information Attleborough AD Plant Limited is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated in England & Wales. The address of its registered office is The Old School High Street, Stretham, Ely, CB6 3LD. 2. Accounting policies The principal accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below. These policies have been applied consistently to all periods presented, unless otherwise stated. a. Basis of preparation of financial statements The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' (FRS 102) and the Companies Act 2006. The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgement in applying the Company's accounting policies. The Company's functional and presentational currency is the Pound Sterling. b. Going concern At the balance sheet date, the company is in a net current liability position. The company's parent has agreed to provide support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements to ensure the company can meet it's liabilities as they fall due. The accounts have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis. c. Investment in subsidaries Investments in subsidiary undertakings are measured at cost less accumulated impairment. d. Debtors Short term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment. e. Judgements Judgements in applying accounting policies and key sources of estimation uncertaintyCritical judgements in applying the Company's accounting policies The preparation of the financial statements requires management to make judgements, estimates and assumptions that affect the amount reported for assets and liabilities at the balance sheet date and the amounts reported for revenues and expenses during the year. However, the nature of estimation means that actual outcomes could differ from those estimates.
