4. Principal Activity
Inspirit Tulip Topco Limited is an investment holding vehicle that was established to acquire, hold and ultimately dispose of an investment in Inspiro Learning Limited ("Inspiro"). In September, the company sold its investment in Inspiro and was invited to reinvest in Project Catalyst Topco Limited, the company that acquired Inspiro.
