Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
The directors operated a loan account with the company in the year. The opening balance on this account was £Nil, and after net movement of £310, the closing credit balance on the account was £310. The loan is interest free and repayable upon demand
.
For the period ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
