| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The company is reliant on the financial support of WeWantMore NV. The directors of WeWantMore NV have agreed to provide continued financial support to ensure the company will be able to trade as a going concern for the foreseeable future. |
| The company's working capital requirements have been and continue to be fully met by the parent company. The company pay their suppliers to terms and will continue to be in a position to do so. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |

| Taxation |
| Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

| During the year the company received a loan of £297,133 from it's parent company, WeWantMore NV, which remains unpaid at the balance sheet date. Interest has been accrued on the loan and it is repayable on demand. |
| During the year the company provided services totalling £9,520 and received services totalling £25,312 from WeWantMore NV. These transactions were on normal commercial terms. |
| At the balance sheet date an amount of £312,925 was owed to WeWantMore NV. |
