    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Net service and maintenance charges receivable during the year

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Explicitly states that "Freehold land is not depreciated". This satisfies the requirement for a tangible fixed assets depreciation policy.
