As at 31 March 2026, the company had net liabilities of £25,727 (2025: £23,571). The directors have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and consider this basis to be appropriate for the following reasons:• The company owns freehold commercial property with carrying value £325,635 which generates rental income of approximately £26,000 per annum from a long-term commercial tenant, sufficient to cover ongoing operating costs and loan interest.• Long-term financing of £249,740 is provided by the Hall Family Trust, a related party. The loan is repayable one calendar year after the lender serves notice and the directors confirm no such notice has been served or is anticipated within the going concern assessment period.• Directors' loan accounts totalling £86,191 are in credit balance with the company and the directors confirm no demand for repayment of these balances will be made within the going concern assessment period.• The Bounce Back Loan balance of £3,850 will be repaid in full from operating cash flows by September 2026 in accordance with its existing repayment schedule. |
