STATEMENTS

  1. For the year ending 19 June 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
  2. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
  3. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
  4. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

NOTES

In resolution of the Cardiff Magistrates' Court Case (Ref. 2100222594), HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) entered into Confidential, Legally Binding Settlement Agreements (Legal Provision) with the Company. In accordance with the terms of the "Compensation Settlement Agreements" clauses, the Court must set aside or cancel all Court Judgments, it is as though the orders was never made. However, the court cannot deal with the claims. It cannot give directions to the claimant and the defendant about what to do next. The cases cannot start back up again under any circumstances. No party, including Parliament, Government, HMRC Officials, Company Directors, or Rajanish Ravindra Garibe, shall be required, compelled, summoned, subpoenaed, examined, or otherwise subjected to any legal, judicial, administrative, or investigative process relating to the proceedings. This restriction applies in all jurisdictions and precludes any further litigation, inquiry, enforcement, or investigation of the matter.
