COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

EDUCATING FOR EQUITY CIC

Company Number: 12876869 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 September 2025

Company activities and impact

During the period from conversion to CIC status to the end of the financial year, the company’s primary activity was to update and refine the organisation’s awards criteria. This work focused on ensuring that the criteria are transparent, equitable, and aligned with the company’s social purpose. As the company only became a Community Interest Company shortly before the year end, no operational programmes or community facing activities were delivered during this short reporting period. However, the work undertaken to revise the awards criteria forms an essential foundation for future community benefit, ensuring that the company’s processes are fair, accessible, and capable of supporting the intended beneficiaries in the next financial year.
