| 8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| The company acquired the shares of Therco-Serck Holdings Limited from the existing shareholders in the period under review. The shares beneficially owned by David Toseland were purchased by the company utilising a loan provided by Therco-Serck Ltd the subsidiary company of Therco-Serck Holdings Limited.. A dividend of £501,562 was paid through the subsidiary companies to the holding company to part repay this loan leaving a balance of £543,251 outstanding to Mr Toseland. |
