Additional information
Directors The director(s) who served during the year and up to the date of approval of these financial statements were as follows: Darren SYMES. Results and dividends The profit for the year after taxation amounted to £92,855. No dividends have been proposed or paid during the year; the profit has been retained within the company. Employees The average monthly number of employees during the year was 21. The directors recognise the contribution of employees and contractors to the development of the company's operations. Financial instruments The company uses basic financial instruments in the normal course of business, including trade debtors, cash at bank, trade creditors and director loan funding. The company does not use speculative financial instruments. Directors' responsibilities statement The directors are responsible for preparing the annual report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The directors are required to prepare financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the profit or loss of the company for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the directors are responsible for selecting suitable accounting policies, making judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent, and preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the company will continue in business. Audit exemption For the year ended 31 December 2025, the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. he member has not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. The director acknowledges responsibility for ensuring that the Company keeps adequate accounting records and for the preparation of financial statements that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Company and of its profit for the financial year in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 and applicable United Kingdom accounting standard. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 (FRS 102), Section 1A Small Entities, the Companies Act 2006 and all relevant statutory requirements applicable in the United Kingdom
