These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 11 (previous period: 13).
Additional Disclosures
Going Concern At the time of signing, the directors have considered the cash and funding requirements of the company and have concluded that the financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis. The company is currently progressing the Asset Purchase Agreement ("APA"), with completion anticipated following satisfaction of the remaining conditions precedent.. The directors have considered the company's current and forecast cash position, including the availability of funding from ZCIIF Hold Co 5 Ltd, the company's majority shareholder ("ZCIIF"). ZCIIF will continue to provide financial support to the company through loans and will provide ongoing support whilst the company progresses a proposed asset sale transaction. The company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations to creditors as they fall due.
