COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

TABITHA 365 COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

Company Number: 14994396 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 July 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the company was in its early development stage and had not yet commenced full trading activity. However, significant preparatory work was undertaken to enable the company to deliver its community benefit objectives. The company’s intended activities are focused on supporting young adults and adults with mental health needs, particularly those transitioning from institutional or hospital-based environments into supported living within the community. The purpose of the company is to promote independence, improve quality of life, reduce social isolation, and support individuals to live safely and meaningfully in the community. During the year, the company made progress in identifying and applying for relevant government and local authority tender opportunities. This work was aimed at securing contracts that would allow the company to deliver care and support services to vulnerable adults in line with its mission and community interest objectives. Although direct service delivery had not yet commenced during the reporting period, the activities undertaken helped lay the foundation for future community benefit by developing the company’s operational readiness, identifying pathways to serve the intended beneficiary group, and progressing opportunities to work with public sector commissioners.

Consultation with stakeholders

During the financial year, the company engaged in early-stage consultation and information gathering with relevant stakeholders to better understand the needs of the community and the requirements for delivering supported living and community-based care services. This included reviewing local authority and government tender opportunities, considering commissioner requirements, and gathering insight into the needs of young adults and adults with mental health conditions who are transitioning from institutional settings into the community. The company also considered feedback and learning from individuals with experience in health and social care, as well as publicly available commissioning information, to ensure that future services would be aligned with local priorities, safeguarding expectations, quality standards, and the needs of the intended beneficiary group. As the company had not yet commenced full trading during the reporting period, stakeholder consultation was mainly preparatory in nature. Further consultation with service users, families, carers, commissioners, staff, and partner agencies will be developed as the company begins delivering services.
