This year was the relocation of our monthly networking events to a new venue, enabling the successful launch of a funded co-working space, supported by Warwickshire County Council. This initiative has provided local entrepreneurs and small businesses with a dedicated space to connect, collaborate, and grow. Throughout the year, SBC CIC consistently delivered monthly networking sessions, co-working opportunities, and guest speaker events, maintaining a strong and supportive environment for business development. These regular touchpoints have been vital in fostering relationships, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration within the local business community. Our community presence and outreach significantly expanded, including: Representation at local events such as the Southam Indoor Market and Mind, Body & Spirit Fair Collaborations with organizations including Southam Town Football Club Ongoing promotion of local businesses and startups through social media and website features Digital growth remained a priority, with increased social media engagement (reaching over 500 followers) and the development of new income streams through website banner advertising. Additional support from platforms such as The Warwickshire Review, which provided a year of free advertising, further amplified our reach. SBC CIC also played an active role in sharing funding opportunities and grants, including promoting the Warwickshire County Council Business Upskills Grant, ensuring local businesses had access to valuable resources.
