Additional information
The profit after taxation for the year ended 31 May 2025 was £92,855. The director does not propose a dividend for the year. Director The director who served during the year and up to the date of approval of these financial statements was: IVANNIKOVS, Vladimirs The average number of persons employed by the Company during the year was 13, including the director. Employees were engaged in administration, business development, public relations and communications activities, advertising services, management consultancy, customer support and online training services. During the period, the Company made no political donations and no charitable contributions. The director is responsible for preparing the Strategic Report, the Directors' Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Company law requires the director to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Company and of its profit or loss for that year. In preparing these financial statements, the director is required to select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently, make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent, state whether applicable United Kingdom accounting standards have been followed, and prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the Company will continue in business. The director is responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the Company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Company. The director is also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Company and for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
