Basing Park Limited (registered number: 06894948) did not trade during the current or preceding financial year and has made neither profit nor loss, nor any other comprehensive income. Directors' responsibilities:

4. Ultimate controlling party

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary undertaking of Ashmarden Limited.

The ultimate controlling party are the trustees of The Ashmarden Settlement 1997 by virtue of them being the ultimate controlling party of Ashmarden Limited.

The parent company, Ashmarden Limited, does not prepare group accounts.
