| 1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
| Huguenot Editions Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The Company's registered office and principal place of business is Greenhills Estate Office, Greenhills Estate, Tilford Road, Tilford, Farnham, Surrey GU10 2DZ. |

| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Significant judgements and estimates |
| The preparation of the financial statements requires management to make judgements, estimates and assumptions that affect the amounts reported. These estimates and judgements are continually reviewed and are based on experience and other factors, including expectations of future events that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents rental income receivable from investment properties and is stated net of value added tax. |
| Rental income is recognised on a straight-line basis over the period of the lease to which it relates and is included in turnover in the period in which it is earned. |
| Investment property |
| Investment properties are initially recognised at cost, including directly attributable acquisition costs. Subsequently, investment properties are measured at fair value at each reporting date. Any gains or losses arising from changes in fair value are recognised in the profit and loss account in the period in which they arise. |

| The company acquired a freehold investment property at Queens Road, Norwich during the year. The property is held for the purpose of generating rental income and is included in the balance sheet at £1,319,864 (2024: £nil). The value is supported by the acquisition cost, including directly attributable acquisition costs, as evidenced by the completion statement The directors consider the acquisition cost to be a reasonable estimate of the property's fair value at the balance sheet date. |

| 9. | POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS |
| The petrol station group company Sectorsure Ltd and its subsidiaries which includes Huguenot Editions Limited was demerged from Trevellyan Developments Limited on 9th March 2026 and now trades under its new holding company Driving Retail Holdings Limited. HMRC clearance for the demerger was granted, following which all staff, accounting, VAT and other tax , regulatory and business compliance requirements have been actioned and complied with. |

| 11. | UNUSED COMMITTED BANK FACILITIES |
| As at 31st July 2025 the company had access to the group's unused bank facilities amounting to £5,090,000 under a facility which is cross guaranteed between the holding company and fellow subsidiaries. In addition, group cash balances at 31st July 2025 were £2,439,799 making total funds available of £7,529,799. |
| 12. | CHARGES AND SECURITY |
| The company has granted fixed and floating charges in favour of Barclays Bank PLC over the assets and undertaking of the company, including a fixed charge over the freehold property known as Queens Road Service Station, Scarles Yard, Queens Road, Norwich, NR1 3PN. |
