Principal activities of the company
Additional information
Business review The company has taken advantage of the small companies’ exemption available under section 414A of the Companies Act in relation to the preparation of both the Director’s Report and a strategic report. In addition, the company has taken advantage of the exemptions available under FRS 101, Reduced Disclosure Framework (see note 3). Dividends The director does not recommend the payment of a dividend (2024: $nil). Directors The directors, who served throughout the period to December 31, 2025 were as follows: J Kufflick Small Companies Note In preparing this report, the director has taken advantage of the small companies exemptions provided by section 415A of the Companies Act 2006. Going Concern The director has, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, he continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Further information is provided in note 1 to the financial statements. Director Indemnity The company has made qualifying third-party indemnity provisions for the benefit of its director which were made during the year and remain in force at the date of this report. Financial Risk Management Credit Risk The Company does not have any bank accounts. Details of the risks relating to the loan to third parties are provided in note 7. Market Risk The Company’s debtors and creditors are both US Dollar based and consequently foreign exchange risk is limited. All loans are interest free and therefore interest rate risk is considered immaterial to the Company. Liquidity Risk The parent company has confirmed its intention to provide ongoing financial support for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts.
