Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland, as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard. |

Going concern basis |
|
The company's balance sheet at 31 March 2025 shows a deficit. However, the directors do not believe that it would be meaningful to prepare the accounts on anything other than the going concern basis. |

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents the amount receivable for goods and services supplied, net of value added tax. |
|
|
Intangible fixed assets - goodwill |
|
Purchased goodwill has been capitalised and amortised over its estimated useful life at the rate of 20% p.a. on the straight line basis. |
