The directors have concluded that the company is being wound up. Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis. Assets and liabilities have been reclassified or adjusted to reflect the fact that the company is in the process of being wound up.

For the period ended 31 May 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
