Company activities and impact

MindForward Alliance is a global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving workplace mental health and helping businesses create sustainable, high-performing, and inclusive workplaces where people and performance thrive. Through membership programmes, workplace assessments, consultancy, training, research, resources, and events, the organisation supports employers to implement evidence-based approaches to employee wellbeing and organisational culture. During 2025, MindForward Alliance delivered significant social impact across multiple regions, including the UK, UAE, India, Singapore, the US, and wider international markets. The organisation brought together business leaders, policymakers, and experts to promote the link between workplace mental health, productivity, and organisational success. The organisation supported employers through its Thriving at Work Assessment, with 24 organisations completing the assessment and 18 achieving Excelling or Health-Creating accreditation. MindForward Alliance also developed ten new mental health resources aligned with its evidence-based Thriving at Work Framework, helping organisations implement effective wellbeing strategies and improve employee outcomes. Through its membership programme, MindForward Alliance delivered a range of events, roundtables, seminars, and guidance for organisations across several regions. Its CPD-accredited training programme provided 13 specialist courses, including suicide awareness, neurodiversity, and people management, reaching more than 1,300 participants across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas. The organisation further extended its social impact through partnerships with leading mental health charities and healthcare organisations to produce practical resources for parents and carers supporting children experiencing mental health difficulties. The resulting toolkit has been downloaded more than 2,280 times. MindForward Alliance also supports young professionals through its Thriving from the Start network, which provides guidance and peer support on managing mental wellbeing during early career transitions. In 2025, network events attracted more than 400 registrations. Through its global Leadership Pledge, the organisation provided free resources and awareness-raising activities to over 220 senior leaders across 15 countries, encouraging open conversations and reducing stigma around mental health. Additional open-access events, newsletters, research insights, and educational resources reached more than 4,300 subscribers, helping to promote better workplace mental health practices and creating positive social impact for employers and employees worldwide.

Consultation with stakeholders

The MindForward Alliance membership consists of leading global businesses in the financial, professional and legal sectors. Members have access to a range of membership benefits, including an assessment of their mental wellbeing strategy, peer-to-peer networking and learning through our seminars and working groups, and CPD sessions. The themes for the 2025 program, along with resources developed across the regions where we operate, were created in collaboration with our members and aligned with our Thriving at Work Framework. We are led by a Board consisting of global senior business leaders. Our Board meets with the MindForward Chief Executive face-to-face for quarterly business update meetings.
