Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to Mrs E Scurr, a director, totalling £17,456 (2024 - £2, 577). Repayments of £2,577 were made by 31 August 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 31 August 2025, was £17,456 (2024 - £2,577). During the year the company made advances to Mr C Scurr, a director, totalling £17,455 (2024 - £2, 576). Repayments of £2,576 were made by 31 August 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 31 August 2025, was £17,455 (2024 - £2,576). Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 2.25% per annum to 5 April 2025 then 3.75% thereafter, loans are repayable on demand.
