Our main Financial comments are on leases to the properties we use for housing vulnerable services users. This can change bout for this coming year is £27,000 monthly

Company activities and impact

Over the last financial year the service has continued to grow and establish a vital role in the community . Objectives of the service Support poeple struggling with substance misuse and mental health Provide housing for vulnerable adults 18+ years of age Provide a safe family homes for families who are involved with child services Provide a food bank for people struggling in financial hardship Provide clothes bank for those again who struggle to provide basic needs for themselves All groups and therapies in our drop in hub of free Offer family support groups Provide physical activity for all abilities Connection for the community on walk and talk along side family fun days We have extended our bed capacity in our fully equipped homes. We have recently opened a staffed large house as the community requested this for the most valuable people. We litter pick and take part in all action days to maintain the areas we have houses. We have funded the flower beds along some of the main roads to bring some colour and cheer to streets. Our hub is a real centre of community which is welcomed by all who use it. The block on which we have two buildings has been regeneration Bringing much need support to area for people struggling in the current climate.

Consultation with stakeholders

We are constantly looking for ways to support the community we live in. We often have open days to find the areas that are causing struggles. Stakeholders meet every 6 weeks to review our current progress
