Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The company has started building its network of parents and holding regular meetings. This is of benefit as it has provided these parents with information about emotional wellbeing and mental health.

The organisation has consulted with parent groups, education consultants and other care providers. This has helped the organisation with its initial set up, and will continue to assist in the organisation's development.
