During the financial year, the company did not deliver any direct community activities or services. However, the company remained active in terms of administration and development, and incurred expenses including website fees, advertising, and accountancy services. The directors focused on maintaining the company’s infrastructure, including developing the organisation’s online presence and undertaking initial promotional activities. These steps are intended to support future engagement with beneficiaries and to position the company for the delivery of its community objectives. Although no direct community activities were carried out during the year, the directors consider that the work undertaken forms part of the preparatory phase necessary to enable the company to deliver community benefit in future periods. The company continues to be guided by its community interest objectives and intends to commence operational activities once sufficient resources and capacity are in place.
