1. Statutory Information

2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities.Prior period re-presentation — In the prior period, remeasurement gains and losses on listed investments were presented within other comprehensive income; in the current period they are presented within profit or loss, consistent with measurement at fair value through profit or loss. The comparative has been re-presented accordingly, with no effect on prior-period net assets or total comprehensive result.
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover comprises income receivable from the investments held. Income is recognised when declared. Income declared but not received at the year end is recorded in Trade Debtors.

The principal activity of the Company during the year was the deployment and management of its own capital in a long-only investment portfolio, principally comprising listed equity securities, with the objective of long-term capital appreciation and dividend income. The Company did not manage third-party capital or act as an investment manager for others.
