NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 NOVEMBER 2025

1.Accounting policies

1.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105 the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgment in applying the Company's accounting policies.

1.2

Going concern

Company law requires that, that unless there is reason to do otherwise, the financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that it will be able to continue its operations for the foreseeable future, being at least the next twelve months. The only significant creditor is amounts owing to a connected company, which has confirmed its intention to continue to support the company for the foreseeable future, and which has adequate assets to be able to so. Consequently, the directors are satisfied that the going concern basis is appropriate.
