1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to 2 .
2. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
During the period, Mr A C H Tatham advanced working capital of £5,000 to the company and spent £10,142 on company expenses. In addition, the company paid £3,560 in respect of personal costs for Mr Tatham and advanced loans of £23,000 to him. At 30 Sept 2025, the company was owed £13,418 by Mr Tatham. This balance was fully repaid on 20 October 2025.
For the period ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .
