1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including Section 1A Small Entities.

3.	Fixed asset investments
	The investment represents the holding in 100% of the issued shares in Pagham Investments Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. In accordance with section 405(3) of the Companies Act 2006, the financial year end of Pagham Investments Ltd does not coincide with that of the Company. The most recent financial statements of Pagham Investments Ltd available to the directors are for the year ended 31 March 2025, showing net assets of £3,203,079 and profit for the year of £35,459. An adjustment will be been made for the period from 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025 to reflect a reduction in the valuation of the company’s freehold property.

Fixed asset investments
