| The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£) and rounded to the nearest £1. |

| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and rebates, excluding value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Turnover represents income receivable for management and marketing services, the use, development and maintenance of software and sailing fees. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Tangible fixed assets are recognised at cost and subsequently measured under the historical cost model being cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Historical cost includes any direct expenditure incurred to bring the asset to its current location and condition necessary for the asset to work as intended by management. |
| Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off the cost of each asset over its estimated useful life:- |
| Plant and machinery - 20% on cost |
| Computer Equipment - 33% on cost |
| Fixtures & fittings - 25% on cost |
| The hull of the boat is being depreciated over 30 years. |
| Any gains and losses on the disposal of tangible fixed assets are recognised in the Income Statement. |
| Financial instruments |
| Basics financial instruments in debtors and creditors with no stated interest rate, and receivable or payable within one year are recorded at transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the Income Statement in other administrative expenses. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
| Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
| The Company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to the income statement in the period to which they relate. |
| Going concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis owing to the continued financial support of the directors. Cambridge Market Intelligence, a company controlled by Mr D.H. Sidwell, has also undertaken to provide financial support for the foreseeable future. |

| 9. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| During the year the Company received fees of £85,000 (2024: £65,000) in respect of management consultancy from E. Sidwell Limited, a company in which Mr D.H. Sidwell is a director. At 30 September 2025 £140,000 including £61.16 in trade creditors, was due to E. Sidwell Limited (2024: £310,000 was due to E. Sidwell Limited). |
| During the year the Company received fees of £108,807 (2024: £131,734) in respect of licence fees and other charges from Cambridge Market Intelligence Limited, a company in which Mr D.H. Sidwell is a director. At 30 September 2025 £272,980 (2024: £157,879) was due to Cambridge Market Intelligence Limited. |
| During the year expenses totalling £7,500 (2024: £nil) were paid to S Morland, who is a director of the Company, appointed 01/07/2025. The invoices raised in respect of these expenses were dated before appointment. At the year end, amounts owing to S Morland totalled £7,500 (2024: £nil) and are include in trade creditors. |
