Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Other accounting policies

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts are rounded to the nearest pound. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The company did not trade during the year. During the year, Pay Justice Limited paid a Companies House confirmation statement filing fee of £34 on behalf of the company. The amount has been recognised as an administrative expense with a corresponding interest-free loan creditor due to Pay Justice Limited. Cash and cash equivalents are basic financial assets and include cash in hand and deposits held at call with banks. The company had no bank account and no cash balance at the reporting date. The company has elected to apply the provisions of Section 11 Basic Financial Instruments and Section 12 Other Financial Instruments Issues of FRS 102 to all of its financial instruments. Financial instruments are recognised in the company balance sheet when the company becomes party to the contractual provisions of the instrument. Basic financial liabilities are initially recognised at transaction price and subsequently measured at amortised cost. Equity instruments issued by the company are recorded at the proceeds received, net of transaction costs.

5. Post balance sheet events

In January 2026, Pay Justice Limited paid £60 to the company in settlement of the unpaid amount due on the company's ordinary share capital. The payment occurred after the reporting date and has not been recognised as cash at bank at 31 December 2025.
