For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
Doha Dreams Inc Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 11458363 . The registered office is 82 Spring Grove Street, Huddersfield, HD1 4BP.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The directors have not identified any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director has confirmed continued financial support and expects the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due.
2.3. Turnover
Turnover represents income from the provision of pre-primary education and childcare services, together with any related grant and funding income receivable in the year. Revenue is recognised when the services have been provided and the company becomes entitled to consideration. Turnover is stated net of discounts and any amounts collected on behalf of third parties.
2.4. Intangible Fixed Assets and Amortisation - Goodwill
Goodwill is amortised on a straight-line basis over its estimated useful economic life of 5 years. The goodwill arising on the acquisition of the business in 2019 has been fully amortised as at 31 July 2025
2.5. Taxation
The company is subject to corporation tax in the UK. Current tax is recognised on taxable profits for the year. No corporation tax liability arose during the year due to taxable losses.

8. Related Party Transactions
Mr Joseph Pinnock, director and ultimate controlling party of the company, provided funding to support the company's working capital requirements during the year. At 31 July 2025, the balance outstanding to Mr Pinnock amounted to £101,636 (2024: £96,118). The loan is unsecured, interest free and has no fixed repayment terms. The balance is included within creditors falling due within one year.

The company's ultimate controlling party is Mr Joseph Pinnock.
