7 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of ROAD TO HANA LTD, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 20 April 2023. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of ROAD TO HANA LTD and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them, as a body, in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than ROAD TO HANA LTD and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that ROAD TO HANA LTD has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory accounts that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of ROAD TO HANA LTD. You consider that ROAD TO HANA LTD is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.
We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the accounts of ROAD TO HANA LTD. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory accounts.

For the year ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Director name presentation
In certain sections of these accounts, the name of the director Patrycja Jolanta Kazmierczak-Kapuscinska may appear in an abbreviated form due to system character limitations. All such references relate to Patrycja Jolanta Kazmierczak-Kapuscinska.
The company continues to prepare its financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A. Comparative figures have been presented on a consistent basis with the current year.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts which demonstrate that the company is expected to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, taking into account existing contracts with key customers and the continued financial support of the directors.
Foreign currency transactions are translated into pounds sterling using an average annual exchange rate where this is considered to approximate the rates ruling at the dates of the transactions and where the effect is not material. Monetary assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies are translated at the exchange rate ruling at the reporting date or at a reasonable year-end approximation. Foreign exchange differences are recognised in profit or loss.
Turnover represents fees for recruitment and consultancy services provided to customers during the year, exclusive of value added tax and discounts. Revenue is recognised when the underlying services have been performed, the amount of revenue can be measured reliably and the company has an enforceable right to consideration.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation and any provision for impairment. Leasehold improvements in respect of the company’s office premises in Spain represent capital expenditure incurred on fitting out and equipping those premises. Such assets are depreciated on a straight-line basis over the shorter of ten years or the expected period of use of the premises from the date when the assets are ready for use.
The assets were available for use from May 2025 and depreciation has been charged in the current year.

At 30 April 2026 the company owed £54,182 (2025: £48,393) to its directors in respect of funds introduced, remuneration credited and other amounts settled through the directors’ loan accounts. During the year, certain repayments and settlements were made against the directors’ loan balances. The balances are unsecured, interest-free and have no fixed repayment date. The directors have confirmed that they do not intend to request repayment within twelve months of the approval of these financial statements.

Transactions with related parties
The company uses office premises in Spain which are owned personally by a director and shareholder. The premises are made available to the company under arrangements approved by the directors and shareholders. In the previous year the company incurred capital expenditure of £21,208 on fitting out and equipping these premises, which has been capitalised as leasehold improvements. No further capital expenditure on these premises was incurred during the year.
Amounts owed to directors at the year end are disclosed in note 5.
