Company activities and impact

During the financial year to 30th September 2025, it delivered a range of community-centered activities including: Barista Training Workshops for young people, especially NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) individuals, to equip them with employable skills in hospitality and customer service. Partnerships with local producers to promote ethical supply chains and sustainability awareness. Free mentoring and entrepreneurship advice provided to aspiring young creative and small business owners within the community. Doing Good Through Coffee Snobs CIC has served as a safe, inclusive, and inviting hub, reducing social isolation and giving people a reason to engage meaningfully in their local area.
