2Off balance sheet arrangements
The company ceased to trade on 28th February 2025 due to unpaid rental income and a decline in the retail market and the remaining lease was surrender to the landlord.
It is intended to apply for the company to be dissolved and struck off from the register.
Most of the fixed assets were in in fixed equipment and fittings within the building and could not be removed.
Any remaining assets were sold to settle outstanding invoices with utility companies.
There was £2101.98 outstanding Business Rates owing to North Herts District Council for which the Director assumed personal liability and arrangement was put in place to repay the amount over an agreed period.
Outstanding rent to the landlord was also paid personally by the Director after negotiating a mutually agreeable figure.
